Try changing the rear plugs on ramps from underneath. You may find it easier. I know it'* easier that way on a Buick Riviera.

On my 2000 SSEi, two of the back plugs are easier to get to from underneath the car. (I think they are the #2 and #4) The #6 has to be removed from the top and it is easier to get to from the driver side with a universal joint on a short extension. Just my 2 cents worth.
