Default Small three hole plug looking thingy

Ok, I've had this 2000 Bonnie new from the dealer and have never noticed these before. Below both front doors, almost under the car, is what looks like inserts for some type of plug. Kinda like this [=][=][=], anybody know what these are?

those are the clip locations for the rocker panels to go with the body cladding on an SSEi or SLE

harofreak00: They're on the lower body panel below the door.

toastedoats: Ah, ok that would make sense, this is the SE package.

Thanks for the responses.

Does that mean that someone with a SE model could purchase these panels and install them?
