Default Shoulder belt adjuster?

Most cars now have a vertical adjustment for top of front shoulder belts. 03 SSEi apparently does not (or am I missing it?). My wife is short and the placement is too high and uncomfortable.

Any suggestions? (change wife not an option )

Phone book. (poor man'* booster seat)

I know my 93 has them, but I believe the new location for the belts on your car do not allow for it.

The new location is probably non-adjustable due to the side impact air bags. You can buy those straps that allow you some adjustment for the shoulder strap position.
