ok update when it all boils down to it i rebuilt the fuel pump and im started now. But now i have a code p1860 and the car drives with next to no power to the wheels what is it now

Description
Torque converter clutch pulse width modulation solenoid

Code type, Electrical

Symptoms
Trans may slip as it holds in 3rd gear
Disable shift adapts
Inhibits TCC
Inhibits 4th gear in hot mode

Causes
  • Failure of pressure control solenoid
  • Failure of TCC/PWM solenoid
  • Short in wire harness
  • Loss of 12v on pin E
Solutions
  • Check for 12v on pin E
  • Check for Ohms on pins C-D, 3-5ohms at 68*f If out of range, replace EPC
  • Check for Ohms on pins T-E, 10-12ohms at 68*f, if out of range replace TCC/PWM solenoid
  • Check for short on wire harness
