Rough idle

when I satart the car it has a rough idle in the begining which is normal... But when in drive the car idles up and down like Im reving the engine.. Ive replaced the following:
new wires
new plugs
new MAP
new MAF
new coils
new ignition mod
new cat
new exhaust
TPS????
HELP!!!!!!
