I was able to touch all three tonight. I can touch #2 with my right hand and #4 with my left; #6 with my right hand also. I keep worrying about bumping into that delicate wiring though.

I would like to be able to take that centre bracket out that you guys are talking about, but I can't locate the nut towards the P/* pump. I am thinking about taking the alternator off though; that'* fairly easy.

The nut you are referring to is very difficult to see. I found it by just running my hand along the bracket until I found it. I didn't take off the alternator since I could get the socket on the nut and take it off very easily. I just disconnected the wire on the bracket going to the O2 sensor and moved the bracket out of the way to get to Number 6 plug. It went very smoothly. Hope you have luck with this.

Mac, the interested parties in this topic have L67'*. You have an L36. Your accessory bracket and alternator location are different. Let'* not confuse the issue.
