So I found a couple cheap solutions on ebay. question is. are they as good as the original? which do you guys recomend. or can I modify the cheap ones to make them better? like using the original motor?

Also my fuel gauge stopped working proporly. it always says full until I am on empty. then the warning comes on when I have a gallon or two in the tank. I assume its the sencor that is bad. Is their one on the fuel pump assembly thats in the tank? I saw some cheap fuel pumps on ebay as well. do those come with the sensor? Or can I get is seperatly for under the fuel pump price? thank you.

check on the forum here, there are very simple fixes, under $8 to repain your current ones

for the fuel pump, your "wiper" is bad and needs replacing, you dont need to replace the entire assembly
