Default Rear Shocks?

$300 at Midas installed. $450 at Goodyear installled. I can't do it myself. Any better suggestions? Does not included mounts. These seem to be as good a price as I can find.

Suggestions?

did the airshocks myself, two bolts bottom, one top and an airhose coupling. 69 per shock from the local NAPA

Does a alignment need to be done after installation?

No, on the 2000+ there'* no need for an alignment becuase they have shocks and not struts.

Were they quoting GM shocks? I just bought the Monroe'* everyone suggests, and they are like less than half the cost of the GM shocks. If you can't do it yourself, have them quote the Monroe'*.
