Default Rear window pulley and cable

My pulley and cables ate it when the widow got stuck due to FOD. They get bent and tangled-tore up the pulley and houseing. Motor is ok- so here'* the question how hard and how $ is it to fix. I got it apart and the window jammed shut for the time being but I have to fix it asap.

There is no fix unless you invent something yourself. You need a new regulator $$$, there was an ebay guy that had them for $180 or so, search the site for a link?
