Default a really stupid question about the reat seat back

on my '00 Bonne SE.

I pulled it out to install some new rear speakers, and now (I'm blushing here) can't get the top of it to latch or hook or whatever the heck it'* supposed to do to go back on securely!

I've looked at it about a hundred times and am stumped..

there are 4 clips along the top back that push into place. Start at the center and work outward. They are slotted and push into the rear panel.

Check and make sure that the shoulder harness or seat belt buckle isn't getting in the way and causing your problem. I ran into a similar problem once, and the culprit was the shoulder harness and its trim panel.
