Water pump going? Water pumps are designed to begin to leak when they are going to fail. This may not show up on a pressure test.

But, the water pump is on the other side of the car. Is the puddle up near the front? Could be leaking from the radiator hose and running along the frame. Your going to have to get in there with a flashlight and try to find it.

Yes the puddle is up front in the passenger side
in back of the plastic radiator shield. I've checked the hoses and they seem to be OK

That leaves the radiator. Like I said, your going to need to get in there and look around.
