question

what is the black cover that goes where the tire is i wanna say splash guard it goes on the inside above the tire. its plastic... i broke mine and now i can see the frame and hear stones hitting the frame.

Thats just your wheel well cover. should be easy enough to find at a scrap yard.

It'* called a splash guard. Get it from a salvage yard.
