Have replaced and bled two
pumps and they still whine.
Any additive to make it quiet
down?

Lucas is one of the best brands out there this product may help..What brand are the pump and are you sure its not your belt (just for say so sake)

Sometimes they just tend to make noise. Had the same problem on my wifes 2005 Montana. Brand new pump sounds exactly the same.

I'm with Dan, my 97 whines like a supercharger. It even fooled my father-in-law into thinking my car was */C'd.

you definetly sure its the P/* pump? could be confused with a failing ubercharger coupler?

A failing supercharger coupler usually sounds like a box of rocks tumbling around..The pump in my lesabre sounded like an SC whine especially after the gutter airbox i put some lucas in it and it never whined again
