How do you flush the power steering lines? On a 2000

Poor mans way is to have 2 people doing it. One holding a 1 gallon jug of PS into the opening of the reservoir when the return line is disconnected while the other guys starts the engine and turns the steering lock to lock until the fluid comes out clear.
