How many of you guys bought the chrome/amber bulbs? I'm going to clear my fronts and was thinking of buying the bulbs. Can you get them from auto stores? Also going to buy angel eyes. Also looking to paint my calipers red, are there any detail mods for this on the board? I need to make a web page for pic'* any suggestions?

you ask many questions...

paint your amber bulbs with a fine mist of chorme/silver paint. savings =$20
Pepboys has the Angel eyes like TaylorD and myself
Cardomain has free web space, easy to use.
There are a few members who painted calipers, I hope to do mine soon. Just going to get red caliper paint from any online store. Ridic, and Mario and I think Ad_Bear did theirs. You may want to check their profile and PM them.

PepBoys has the paint for calipers as well. At least mine did.

I'm a little ticked right now..I just got done writing my 12 step painting guide, hit preview, and it asked me for my logon again. Lost it.

I guess I'll do it again, this time in Word, and copy the the text over. (After a Dew break.)

I bought my chrome/amber bulbs from ebay. I love them. Silverstar also
has a bulb that lights amber. I know that some member did the silver paint
mist. I going to try that when I clear the rear.

The steps Freddi gave are great for painting calipers. When I did mines
it took a couple of hours. I don't have a garage or a place thats safe
enough to leave the car overnight. And I didn't remove the caliper'*
but I did cover the whole area and inside the wheel well. But you have to
make sure to cover everything because the paint mist is a killer.

Cleared my fronts last night. Bonnie is green, bought some silver stars for the side, love them. Will have pics soon.
