Plz Confirm: 03 SSEi Stock Rollbars...30mm front/20mm rear?
Forgive my ignorance, but why do you feel the need for stiff bars on a family car?
It is a performance luxury car....with attitude. The SSEi version has more attitude.
My family likes stiff bars.

I know the front bar is 30 mm but I think the rear is 19 mm.
I would recommend replacing the bushings with greaseable poly units because they will squeak after a year without lube. Very annoying!
I notice more difference stiffening up the end links than the bar bushings.
I have all the bushings in my Firebirds replaced with poly.....and they are lubbed.
