Well, it came back but I am hoping the guys at Intense have a fix for it. I was fairly surprised at how easy it was to change the SWPS and lube the intermediate shaft joint also. Obviously the previous owner had issues with the clunking steering wheel too. I used some HD Calcium grease for the shaft. This is the same stuff I use on pumping unit wristpins in the oil field. Appreciate the help!

No real reason, but the O2 sensor is the original with 91K on it and the fuel filter is about a year old. Just one of those preventative things. My wife will be driving her car from West Texas to Los Angeles in a few weeks to visit relatives. Gotta keep the family safe

I ran by the local Oreilly store and borrowed their scanner tonight. The P1670 code is gone but the P0650 is still there. The indicator bulb is not faulty because it lights up after about 5 minutes of driving. WIll give the guys at Intense a call back tomorrow.

I talked to the Intense guys today and here is what I did. I swapped the new PCM for the OEM one and re-ran the codes. The P0420 code came back up but not the P0650 for the MIL circuit. Swapped it back and the codes flip flopped. Most likely a bad PCM, but I will wait for Intense to confirm it. The guys at Intense are top notch.

I received my Intense PCM a few weeks ago and was finally able to install it. I decided to check the codes one more time before I swapped it out. P0650 and P0420 were both listed. I had ordered the PCM with the P0420 delete due to the exhaust mods. Turns out the PCM really is bad. I swapped in the new one and had the CASE learn performed at the dealership. I can really tell a difference in the characteristics of the new tune. Looking forward to some new parts this summer.
