P0304 code shaky engine
replaced:
ngk plugs
napa wires
coil pack for 1-4 cylinder
ignition control module
cleaned egr and maf
still doing the same thing, shakes etc... on start up
what should I do next?
oil, coolant is fine no loss etc...

So what is P0304? Is that an engine misfire for #4 cylinder (P0300 is Engine Misfire Detected)?
Since you are not clear, I assume you mean that the shaking is due to a misfire and not due to bad motor mounts. Is that correct?
