Default Outside temperature sensor?

Hey gang, I hope someone cen help me with this question, I've searched the forums and didn't see the answer. Where is the outside temperature sensor located on a 2002 Bonneville SLE? The car is saying that it is currently 106 outside. I live in Michigan, it'* November, I'm pretty sure the sensor must be shot.

im pretty sure it is right in front of the radiator if your looking with the hood open, you will see what looks like a small antenna coming from an oval shaped base with wires coming out of it
