Default Opinions on new noise

Hey gang,

Ok yesteray after noon I picked up a new noise coming from the Front Left ( I think), here are the specifics:

2001 SSEi
Only happening while moving.
Is not engine or exhaust related as I can park and rev engine with out producing noise.
Increases volume with speed.
Appears to be louder during deceleration over acceleration.
Sounds like a small quiet 100 motor bike.
76,000 total miles on car
76,000 miles on tires
tranny fluid changed at 55-60,000 miles
Brakes never changed since I had it, so atleast 35,000 on brakes.
Not pulling to any one side during braking.
Car seems a little more "loose" during turns.
I can account for the location of my cat so it'* not her stuck somewhere under the car.

Thoughts?

Wheel bearing? Does it change or go away if you turn one way or the other?

Ok, thanks for the input. I'll have the garage change them out.

I'd agree with wheel bearing or axle. A CV going bad can also cause a silimar sound.
