Default OEM Part number for Tube Evaporator Canister to Purge Valve

BLUF- trying to identify if GM Parts East and GM Part Giant use exact GM part numbers on their site, or if they modify the number so it makes it hard to "shop around".

This morning I discovered the tube between the purge solinoid and the purge valve had a crack in it, andf when I did a closer check the tube broke apart at the elbow.

The Bonny idiled horribly after this. I went to the closest parts shop, but they did not carry the tube. I purchased a vacuum cap 3/8" which band-aided the problem.

GM Parts East and GM Parts Giant list the part number as **506665 TUBE EVAP EMIS CNSTR PURGE,(TO PURGE VALVE) H (L67). When I google this part number, it only points back to GM Parts East, no other vendor comes up.

2001 Pontiac Bonneville - MH0302701 Vapor Canister & Related Parts (item 4).

I am trying to purchase this part locally in Phoenix area today.

Default part number

Try a GM site called parts.nalleygmc.com. They give you complete part numbers...

For anyone that made need the OEM part number it is 24506665. Purchased the part at a local Chevy dealer, retail is 18.78, they sold it to me wholesale at 14.08.

It does appear GM Parts East and GM Parts Giant are the same company. They also appear to "change" the part number to their unique part number, so you can't easily shop around.
