o2 sensors

Forgive me if I cover things that has been covered before.Where are the o2 sensors
located on a 2000 SSEi and how hard are they to change?

One before the cat. in the exhaust manifold that determines how much o2 and gas to add to the cylinders. then there is a second behind the cat that only measures how efficient the cat. is being.
