Default noise while slowing down

i have a 02 that when i slow down always makes a noise in the front. it happens everytime at 15 mph. ive taken it in, first the turned my rotors, not it, then they changed my valve body and serviced my transmission, still not it. now there telling me it is normal for that year its some kind of wiring harness vibrating? anybody else having the same problem or know what it is? its kind of sounds like a quick pulsating sound.

Is this while braking or coasting? Could be the front bearings?

it dosent matter if iam braking or coasting it does it when ever i hit 15 slowing down. i can watch the speedometer and like clock work it happens at 15

Noise only? No vibration in the steering wheel? and the noise is comming from the front end? Does the noise change pitch if you lightly press on the brake pedal? Does the noise get worse if your going slow and going over a small bump?

Sorry for all the Q'* but trying to figure if its the brakes or bearings?

i can be on a flat road, no humps no dips, i dont even touch the brake, i just coast down to 15 and it will make a noise for about 2 seconds. once its past 15 its gone. no vibration in the brake pedal or steering wheel.

I suspect the wheel bearings, something to watch for? My bearings went one at time in the front end, first at 50k then 80k or somewhere around there.

Almost sounds like something with the traction control or antilocks.

Stick the car in neutral and let it coast down through the problem range. This will rule out the tranny/engine as the source of the vibration if it still happens. My guess is wheel bearing.

tire pressure is good. i will try the coasting in nuetural after work today. thanks.
