I checked tech info for the torque specs on the intake manifold and the supercharger....could not find it only for 1999. Does anyone know them for the 2000+ bonne'*?? i kinda need it quick the cars going back to gether soon.

Same as 99. There were no differences in the drivetrain from 99 to 2003.
