Default Need help on replacing things

Hey guys. I have a 01 Se and my dash lights are diming, I beleive the one by the gas and temp of car will die real soon and was wonder how easy is it to put new bulbs in?
And how about to do it if anyone knows.

Air vents, does anyone know a good site to get newa air vents from that are carbon fiber? And how easy is that to do?

And last one. My one fog light is out, do I have to take off my bumber to get to it???

The carbon fibre is just trim and can be had from many sources including ebay.

No you dont have to remove the bumper to get at the fog lights but there is a air valance under the front bumper you have to pop open to gain access. It helps to put the car on ramps to see things.

Ok thanks for that info, seems like replacing bulbs is hard and going to need someone. I know how to solder stuff cuz I do eletric on things but I don't know if I should try this one
