Ok, I know someone selling the factory '03 style polished rims and need some opinions on how much they are truly worth??? The guy is wanting $850 + $100 shipping for them and they are in excellent condition. They all have slight "car wash" swirls and one rim has about a 2mm deep dimple on the very edge. (looks like where someone pryed a weight off. Please give me some input.

Thanks

$950 to your door is a bit much. The swoopy ones have gone for $400 or less around here a few times, in better condition. $600+shipping is more fair IMO.

thats spendy but still cheaper than ordering new from a dealer..........could probably do an aftermarket rim/tire combo for a similar price..........

Are they chrome swoopies, 5-spokes, or the other five spokes that are only avalable for 03'*?

they are the turbo looking polished 5-stars that are only on the 2003 bonneville.. not the 3 spoke swoopies

Oh, ok, those were available for 02'* as well. That'* about what I paid for mine. It was the first set I saw on ebay. They've gone for less now.

from what i've found the tires are about $100 a pop......lets just say 50 (no idea in price really) for mounting/balance/disposal of old tires..........basically you're paying $500 for practically NEW chrome rims.....and putting new tires on them.....

really not a bad deal......just sounds like a lot to a broke college kid like me.....

Well, I would be just buy the rims and using the Eagle RSA'* on my current rims. My dad is a mechanic so has access to the mount/balance machine.. so really all i will be paying for is the rims alone.. I think that 850 + 100 shipping is too much and wanted peoples opinions on what I should try and offer...
