Default Manifolds smoking

Some liquid wrench dripped on the manifolds yesterday and its still stained on there today.

I started the car up today and they started smoking lightly.

what do i do? i gotta drive my car to work in half an hour, will they start on fire?

i guess your just supposed to let the car run with the hood on

smells like butt ha.
