maintenance questions
Hey everyone, new guy here.
I have some questions on general maintenance, since I've been unable to find any kind of maintenance manual anywhere;
I'll be buying a 2000 Bonneville this week. It'* clean, pretty and a great deal at $ 5700. It was a sales manager'* car, that'* why the high miles (120,000). Of course those are all highway miles, so the car runs super smooth. But I figured I'd better find out the interval for the timing belt. Also, does anyone know other similarly important maintenance I should do ? I figure I'll get all that stuff done at the same time if possible, once I know the scheduled intervals.
Does anyone know a site where I could find the manual ?

There is no timimg belt, but it would be a good idea to do a trans fluid and filter change, fuel filter, air filter, oil+filter so you know all that stuff is done and you can keep track yourself and change stuff at your own intervals from here on in. Also see if the plugs and wires were done yet because at that mileage they should be changed. Hopefully he will take care of all the normal wear items for you. GOOD LUCK with it

The manual also recommends lond conventional oil changes 
Do the Fuel filter, can't hurt, and it'* cheap. You'd run into problems soon enough.

re Fuel Filter - my first dealer-service on my used 2000 SSEi and they changed the fuel filter. I swear now it'* rough-idling whereas before it was fine (only 30K)... possible? and is that an indication not to go back to that dealer (they also resurfaced my rotors for rear-brake resonance; they didn't solve the issue and I later found two TSB where (1) Don't resurface rotors for noise issues, and (2) Resonance on 2000, change pads to 2001+ part number...
