MAF Scantool Readings

Does anyone have access to the figures for monitoring the MAF on a 2000+ SE?

I do!

I show three seperate DTC'* for the MAF.
P0101 Sensor Performance
P0102 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P0103 Sensor Circuit High Voltage

Im actually looking for expecting readings. Im getting 18lbs for my MAF reading at WOT, and I was thinking this was high.
