Default looking into a new bonnie

ok, so i'm looking into getting a newer bonnie, I've decided if I get one I want a 2000-2002 model.

what would be the best year as far as quality, or whatever else?

I cant afford anything over 20 grand so i know that finding that new of an SSEI is gonna be hard in the first place, but does anyone have advice on things to watchout for or flaws?

Both of my 00' SSEi'* were under 20K. 18.5 and 19.5. Fully loaded with everything possible. Purchased within the last 3 months.

no more than 20 stacks aye? u'll have no problem gett'n an 03 SE with that (If U want one) the best thing for u to do is check out autotrader.com um as far as problems I know from read'n this section that problems occur here

people have been complain'n about water gett'n into tha trunk

complaints about ABS problems for SSEi (prolly for other models as well)

radiator problems for 00 thru 02 I believe?
I suggest read'n up on these before goin to get a newer one, like 89 said I would'nt be get the first redesigned model 00 cause with redesign come problems, I'm sure they're bein worked out as the newer model year changes,

I'd say go with 03 if U wanna SE (u might finda deal on an 03 SLE) if SE'* not ur thang go for 02 and from there; Also, talk to our members with newer bonnes they can tell U the problems they have, Remember to do a critical search through Autotrader! Thats a great source to compare and save, I hope this helps

If you can hold out a few months you can really badger at the end of the year! They want those certified used off the lot. Or even new.
