in air box that thing with "delphi" writed on.

It doesn't need to be taken out to be flashed either. You can have the flash/scan tool hooked up from inside the car via a port.

The pcm is inside the airbox. It is mounted on the bottom of the air box and is held in place by a tab on either side of it. Just push the tabs out of the way one at a time and it pulls right out. Very easy to get to.
