Now on to the next few issues:

No interior lights when open doors
check the map lights they work, looking to see how to test the other lights

Also the ABS and Trac lights are on ..... Checked all the fuses and relays (swapped the relays with ones I know work) and still the lights are on and no codes via 3100 scan tool (wishing I had a tech II more and more)

Any advice to where to start would be helpful as this vehicle was seriously neglected and abused which can make it a nightmare to fix up sometimes.
