Default Leaking????

Hey guys, I have something leaking from under my car. I know its not the oil..But I can't posisbly think its the transmission fluid even though w.e it is its coming out red and that would be tranny fluid. can this be anything else??? and also the bolt to the tranny fluid is on TIGHT AS HELL were can it be leaking???

Unless it was added after-market, there is no drain plug for the transmission fluid. The pan has to be dropped to replace the fluid.

Check all of your fluid levels - transmission at operating temperature, car running, on a level surface, in park. Check the power steering fluid, and your coolant level. Are you running Dex as a coolant. That can, at times take on more of a reddish color as it mixes with things.

Well I just got a re-built engine in due to pontiac dealership here messed up so they put all new fluids in and proper ones. I check my tranny fluid last weekend and it was a little low. I'm going to check it tomarrow and see how it is. Might bring it to my buddy to have him take a look at everything
