Default Intermediate Steering Shaft R&R

I'm sure that this information is already on this site somewhere, but I'm having difficulty with the "SEARCH" on this site. If you type in "indtermediate steering shaft" it seems to pull up every entry that'* ever been made on the site and after going through dozens, I haven't found any real useful information.
I'll have to work on my search skills.
Anyway, I have list of things to do to my car tomorrow and I'm trying to get organized. Does anyone have pictures of the process of removing, lubricating and replacing the intermediate steering shaft on a 2001 Bonneville?
I've read descriptions, but would love any pictures that might be available.
Thanks in advance for your help.

The write up is great for the 02, but my 03 Bonneville was different under the dash.
1. 13mm wrench needed for nut on inside of car.
2. Boot on inside looked nothing like the pics. It would barely pry back far enough to get a socket on the nut, only to figure out it wasn't 11mm. This would have been much quicker if I'd been able to see the fastener.
3. I used snips to split the whole, black tube. I saw it on here somewhere, after I'd done it.
4. Now that the fastener can be seen, its cake. The bolt has an anti-rotation tab, and the nut is 13mm.

Everything at the rack was the same as the write up.

I really should have taken some pics of the under dash stuff. I'll do it at the next lube.
