Default I kneed my dashboard...

So I'm getting in my car the other day, and got distracted/off balance, and ended up kneeing the side of my dashboard as I was putting my right leg in. So the switches on the left of the dashboard [by the door] all got kinda pushed inward. I'm wondering if there'* a way to reset that panel back to the way it was. It looks like it can just be taken out of the dash "molding," but I didn't just want to pull and yank until I broke something....

how the.... are you 7ft tall?

It sounds like you tweaked the twilight sentinel switch. The dash bezel pulls right off, and then you should be able to push the switch back to normal from the back side.

lol I'm not close to 7ft tall. Only about 5'10.

Does the entire bezel [with vents] come out, or just the piece with the switches? The whole thing got pushed in a little [I've got strong legs lol]. I'll try to get a pic when I get a chance.

Use a knife or something thin and pry along the left edge of the vent insert. It pulls straight out.
