Default Hazard Switch?

I have both rear turn signals not functioning. They don’t work with the turn signal stalk. Inside the car it is a rapid flashing on both right and left with no lights in the rear. With the hazard button on it flashes INSIDE normally with no lights on the exterior. I’ve checked it with a simple wire light and it is not the bulbs (I cut the wires and wired a light and it flashes rapidly). I believe it is the hazard switch but I’m unable to locate this part. Any ideas how to get this part and/or other ideas for replacing it?

Shouldn't be the switch then. Probably wiring or fuses.

Thanks for that. I’ll continue to follow the wiring back and see what I can find.
