Superchargers don't just break. There is apparently something else going on with teh car.

We'll need to stop drinking and get you to describe the symptons as best as you can and help you figure out what is happening.

yes, your supercharger seem normal, lost of boost at WOT or strange sound at idle are symptoms of something go wrong with the supercharger coupler or solenoid, but other than that they pretty unbreakable.

Like Billboost said, try to describe everything you can about your issue, any change in mileage? engine hesitation?

mine was doing the same thing, shut off, but i was getting worst mileage and some engine hesitation, it was my MAF sensor that was too dirty.

Thanks for the helpful replies and suggestions guys. Yeah my ssei is getting a real noticeable hesitation...right at the 30 mph accelaeration...like 1st to second gear, I also noticed today while driving when I hit the gas hard my vehicle would usually burn a lil...no lie a lotta rubber...now...I get rpms to 4/5 thousand rpm...and my supercharger boost gauge goes all the way to 10....and my vechile just putters along and goes to like 25 mph...It is so annoying that my ssei feels like its loosing its SS.....once again thanks for all the replies and suggestions. I am taking some good notes........

So you boost gauge show fulll boost? 10 PSI?

Mmmm, you can always begin with the easy thing you can do.

If your car do that again i would try to wash the MAF sensor.
Ive put a couple of shot of MAF cleaner into the intake while the engine is running. After that i removed my MAF and used a AC Delco brake cleaner on it.

put it back in and after 5 minutes my engine was feeling good.

Just be careful while washing the MAF to not damage it by touching with your hand.

Its just something you can try first, instead of going to dealer.

I had the exact same thing happen to me about a year ago. I was driving at my usual 61mph, cruise on. Then it just died. I shifted it into neutral and she fired right back up. But I did have to pull over to a complete stop, kill and restart, in order for my cruise to reset.
But anyways, that was the one and only time it'* ever happened to me. I was thinking maybe when I started it, I let go of the key in the start position, and maybe the key sprung back too far and stopped between the run and acc position. Then vibrated to the acc postion. Just a thought.

Check your vacuum lines and pcv valve for leaks.

If he is showing ten pounds of boost and spuddering he has a a blockage of flow a stock ssei will not throw that kind of boost.(the guage only goes to 10 he could be making more than that if he"* building that kind of pressure)

If you pcv valve was leaking your idle would be ROUGH.

I would inspect the vacum hoses around the supercharge in particular going to the BCA(right on the front by the throttle body, little black can with a metal rod going out the bottom. sorry no pics)

The car is under waranty? USE IT.
good luck
