Sorry for the LONG delay in responding to this guys...
I'm not exactly sure what or where this relay was located..but here is the report from the dealership...
"Inspected and tested voltage to Ignition 1 fuse - no power to fuse. Traced wiring and found relay not properly installed. Installed properly and tested OK."
So it'* related to the "Ignition 1" fuse. This is obviously a semi common problem, as I said before another guy on here had the EXACT same problem. It killed my tach, speedo, odo, turn signals, and cruise...sooo...keep this in mind if any of that stuff starts going crazy!
