I replaced both my front hubs and some slight vibration starts at about 55 mph - and so my tie rods ends are going to be replaced as well this week.Hopefully that ends it all for me too.

same issue here. seems to be getting worse with time... it sounds like a tire with a broken belt but theres not much vibration in the wheel. although mine seems to get worse if i push on the brakes at speed (tailgating type braking) im leaning towards wheel weights... it started after the gf took it thru a construction zone while i was sleeping on the way home from chicago... she hit a pothole so hard it woke me. and theres a big empy spot on my rim and a scrape on my tire from where the wheel weight flew off.

I am going to do the motor mount first. I was rocking the car back and forth and I could practically stick my finger under it. I am doing this before I spend more money on the tie rod ends.

Alright, all done with the hockey puck motor mount! It was very easy to do and I only spent about $6 at Menards plus I have enough parts left to do another and lots of hockey pucks left for this winter. I took it for a test drive and it really stiffened it up. 98% of the shaking is gone and the transmission feels better too! My steering wheel was off a little bit to the left so I went ahead and adjusted the tie rods 2 turns toward the passenger side. It has been a very productive day and to top it off I had a really good interview for a very very well paying job!!!

so before i go any further, i popped it into neutral and shut off the engine at 80 today and the sound didnt go away. also it seems like when im going up hill the sound is deeper and when going down hill it seems quicker/ higher pitched if that makes any sense... i literally have $5 to my name at the moment so i cant afford to do any work to it... just trying to narrow it down to the point of is it safe to drive or not... i hope its the front right wheel bearing so i can have midas replace it for free... ill jack it up to see either this afternoon or tomorrow.

just jacked the car up... no real appreciable play at 12/6 and 4/9 but it seemed kinda draggy turning it the small amount you can turn it in park... i didnt wanna drop it out of park because all i had to hold it was the trunk jack and the parking brake.... i guess ill take it to midas. not having shop tools sucks.

Has anyone found a true cause and sollution to this problem? My car shakes from 50mph to 55mph and then stops shaking if I let off the throttle it stops but as soon as I touch it the shaking comes right back.
