Default Fog Lamp Ideas

I know alot of ppl are impartial to the angel eye look and all, but I could really use some suggestions on what would look good on a Dirty Ghost( )

These look good

I have never been too crazy about having the blue hue to the lenses (or bulbs for that matter). Blue light scatters MUCH more than white or amber light. This is why you 'think' that it is putting out more light, but any filter (the blue hue) decreases the light output. If you just want them for looks and not functionality (as an actual fog light that works well in fog), then go for it. It'* your car and you should make it the way that you like.

Are those fog or driving? It makes a large difference in beam pattern. I prefer fog, because it lights up a wide path directly in front of the car and not where the headlights already point.

I would have to say that with only a 15* spread (as stated on the weblink above) that they are driving lights and not fogs.

Oh, hey look at that. A picture that would have answered my question if I paid attention to it...

Got these at Pepboys for $50....
(if they don't show up go to my Cardomain page, on page 6)

I originally had a set with the eyes that you could change color, but the bulb was not that bright (20w). These are 50 or 55...pretty damn bright.

Chad:
Here is a pretty bad pic of my car with a set of CATZ CSD lamps installed. The CSD is both a driving and a fog lamp. I picked them up on eBay for $110.00.

If you like I could send you a 1 meg file with a better picture.
