Default EVAP Clean

Well, has anyone done this on 00+ bonneville....

I checked the tech info on evap clean procedure and seems the engines are different. If I am correct the fuse relay box is not in the same spot as the older model cars. I know there is a cabin air filter. The thing is my car smells horrible when I turn on the air and air fresheners can only do so much to cover up the odor.

Not that I know of. The 00'* are starting to get old enough that it is becoming necessary though.

I'd say pull the cabin air filter under the cowl and then the blower motor under the passenger kick panel. That'll probably let you get any debris out of the system.

Go to the store and get a good sented can of $4.50 lysol... Spray in the air system for about 5-10 sec with heat on high, and spray at the foot area on pass side... then repeat with a/c on high!! Let all windows down and turn off engine and let car sit for about 5 min to clear out some.. then happy driving
