Driver Side Cooling - No A/C
I have a 2003 SSEi that just recently started giving me an A/C issue. The passenger side puts out cold air when the driver side puts out cabin temperature air. When I set both sides to 60 degrees, they seem to blow at the same velocity, but the passenger side is cooler, like it is conditioned.
I checked the freon level first, and it is alright. I checked the actuator on the passenger side and the two actuators on the drivers side/middle console area. They seem to function properly and I operated the dampers manually with the expected diversion of air, but the driver side did not get cooler.
Is there another actuator I should be looking for? Any other suggestions?
I searched the forums but what I found hasn't fixed the problem yet. I replaced the blower motor assembly last winter, about seven months ago, because it wouldn't start intermittently, and it has all worked good up until now. Thanks for your help.

Actually, I did just what you suggest last night. I added almost a can of freon and took the pressure to the high side of the safe zone. I initially thought it was helping, but it is still the same.
Thanks for the suggestion.
