On every vehicle I have owned the rotten egg smell is without fail a bad cat.
You can get a replacement fairly cheap.
I just got a Magnaflow hi-flow cat shipped to my door for less than $100.
Motor Mount sounds like a logical starting point to me also.

Once you get the part number..check ebay as well.
