ok... is there any kind of kit that i can do where i can change the sound of my exhuast? i want a deeper sound. kinda like flowmaster but less money..

No one makes a true cat back system for our cars sorry.
If its a stronger note you want you might try removing the resonator. That would leave you the stock cat and mufflers, and would cost less than upgraded components?

it would be raspy and icky. Resonators deepen the tone dont they?

I think a performance muffler is your best bet. Shop around.

I had my muffler redo the Y-splitter and the tailpipes in 2 1/2 in pipes and put on 2 Flowmasters ,reusing the stock tips for $160.00. It sounds great IMO

I agree, I had mine replaced Monday. Flowmasters, no resonator.
I do detect a 2000 rpm "edginess/slight rasp" when in first gear.
It bothered me at first. But now, EVERYTHING is better so , I can live wi' dat!
