ok well I called up a friend that works at a dealership. I put all oem parts in and went with the irridium plugs. I got them at dealer cost so I paid like $85 for both. After I changed them out(one at a time to not cross wires) I drove it for a while hoping that the ses ligt would go out... It didn't lol! And it still ran rough. When I slowed down to stop, the light would stay on and it ideled rough. When I accellerated it would begin blinking. I still smelled that horrible smell too. I drove it for amost an hour and it didn't go away. I only changed the plugs and wires. Is it time to look at the coil?

Try unplugging the MAF and driving. It will stumble a bit at first and if it smooths out and drives fine, the MAF is likely bad. If no change then test your coils.

#'* 2 and 5 cylinders had weak sparks. I swapped out the coil and it was instantly night and day! My friend at the dealership put it on the scanner and found it. I got a new coil for like $36. I also learned that my injector o-rings look like a dog chewed them. They gave me some new ones for free so I will change them soon too! Thank you for all of your help guys. I really appreciate it
