Default Cruise Control Dash light?

Is there no light on the dash to say your cruise control is on?

GM doesn't typically do that. Ford and Honda do, some others also.

I also thought the cruise light was stupid until I drove the saturn which had one and then when I got the bonneville, I was wondering why it didn't have one. Its not something thats important but for whatever reason its kinda nice to have one

I drove a GMC Envoy for a long road trip, and it had one. I kinda missed it when I got back in my Bonneville. After a week or so, I got over it...

Maybe they figured Bonneville owners being of higher intelligence don't need a cruise control light to tell them that they're in cruise control.

I also have one.. I think Pontiac is the only GM brand actually that didn't really pick up on using one.. All of my Buicks have had one, our GMC, Chevy trucks all did as well..
