cracked side mirror

Default cracked side mirror
steped outside today looking at my Bonnie and seen a tiny mark
on my right side mirror. thought it was dirt or something.
upon closer inspection and feeling it. it is a hairline crack.
of course me fudging with it made it more noticeable.

now the drive home I cant help but notice it

Any one know how much it will be to replace?
it is the blue heated kind.

Do they just pop off? (my old lumina did real easy)


going to look in EBAY.

Sorry I cant help but do you know what caused the crack? Think a rock from the road hit it? I know mirrors get wacked alot in the parkinglots since ours dont turn in.

No indication what caused it what-so-ever.

I would try the local junkyard....actually I am lazy so I would just leave it be but then again once you know its there its hard to ignore

it is the glass that is cracked.

Well that should be an easy fix then. I changed my old Acuras and the glass just pops off. The same with my dad Excursion. Then there is a plug behind the glass to plug the harness into. Yeah you gonna pay because of the heating element.

Ya but I wonder what OEM cost if those are aftermarkets.
