Does anyone here know of true model specific contour splash guards for the 00-05 SE'*???

You may want to check with a dealer or local GM supplier. They usually have them availble.

I don't think anyone makes them specifically for 00-05 Bonnevilles. The GM dealers have a sort of generic or universal brand, but nothing that contours. There would have to be two different types, one for SE'*, then another type for the SLE & SSEi'*.

The have a set that is fitted for the Bonnevilles but they just say Pontiac. Those are the OEM dealer installed option like on mine...
