NO WAY....
i started looking for bills thread on what he used to clean his...
and then i noticed a part number on the tank...

What I did with mine was:
1. Take it out of the car.
2. Empty it out.
3. Pour in water softener salt extra coarse 1/2 full.
4. Add some water.
5. Shake it up vigorously.
6. Empty and rinse out. Walah ! Clean overflow tank
