Really only one way to isolate which pulley is chirping. Slip the belts off & turn each pulley by hand. Or the pulleys you can safely get a sounding rod on, check with engine running.

Or, with the engine running (CAREFULLY) squirt water onto the center hub of each the pullies, one at a time. (the noisy one is already dry, and will typically draw the water in, temporarily quieting it.

NOTE: If there is any chance that you will wrap yourself in the belt loop, ignore this post. You are responsible for your own actions, not me.

I had a similar sound from my motor recently. I thought it was a pulley, but it turned out it was a bad belt. Make sure you check that as well.
